Cencalok. is one of a traditional foods of Central Kalimantan. Its name is a little weird if you are not used to. tempoyak is the same as the Malay cuisine is famous for its delicious taste. It is a kind of fermentation of small shrimp or prawn rebon

How to make Cencalok
