                                    CENCALOK
Cencalok. is one of a traditional foods in Central Kalimantan Tengah . His name is a little weird if you are not used to. tempoyak is the same as the Malay cuisine is famous for its delicious taste. It is a kind of fermentation of small shrimp or prawn rebon
Making materials Cencalok
• Shrimp rebon. Delicate shrimp that are still wet.
How to make Cencalok
1. Clean shrimp rebon. Or shrimp used to make paste.
2. Mix coarse salt on shrimp. After that brooded.
3. After 3-4 days cencalok are ready to be consumed.
How to Cook Cencalok
1. How can the on sauteed with onions and peppers or with menyampurkan juice sauce.
2. Or first cooked until done eaten with rice is still warm.

In conclusion Cencalok That was it her way. to make it more palatable, cooked with a spicy taste. Will add appetite

            One of the place in central Kalimantan Tengah in KUALA PEMBUANG I live in Kuala Pembuang city, in there place a beautiful because there are many cemara tree and many the beach and than i usually go to Bakau beach with my friends.And than i usually go to mountain side. So many place in Kuala Pembuang like as water fall, cemara tree’s, bakau beach, ujung pandaran beach,Hotel,bridge Seruyan or bridge soekarno and another.etc In conclusion, KUALA PEMBUANG place is very beautiful and has many interesting and unique places to visit there.

I live in Kuala Pembuang city, in there place a beautiful because there are many cemara tree and many the beach and than i usually go to Bakau beach with my friends.And than i usually go to mountain side. So many place in Kuala Pembuang like as water fall, cemara tree’s, bakau beach, ujung pandaran beach, Hotel,bridge Seruyan or bridge soekarno and another.
