One of popular Dance in Central Kalimantan is Mandau dance. It very famous for Dayak traditional . Saber Dance is one of the traditional Dayak dance art, which features attractions that use the Mandau andthan Mandau dance name is taken from the property of the dance that is Mandau. Mandau is a traditional weapon Dayak shaped chopping knife / sword. Saber Dance aim to adorn the stage at the customs area, the welcoming ceremony, cultural festivals and other - other. And incredibly, this dance is also often displayed at the international cultural festival to represent the traditional ethnic culture in Indonesia. Mandau Dance performances accompanied by the strains of a melodious voice and stomping of Dayak traditional musical instruments namely gandang and Gerantung. Gerantug is a musical instrument made of metal, resembling the gamelan music of Java. according to folklore, music instrument Gerantung once scaled directly from heavenly as a means of communication to the ancestors. The strains of music accompaniment as one with the movement of the dancers in the show so it looks attractive and stunning. conclusion saber dance is a dance typical of Central Kalimantan were very popular from the beginning until now.  

Saber Dance often graced the stage in the customs area , the welcoming ceremony , cultural festivals and other - other . And incredibly , this dance is also often displayed at the international cultural festival to represent the traditional ethnic culture of Indonesia . Something very proud of course . In Central Kalimantan alone , this dance is still preserved and the many forms of dance studio to preserve it. That’s why Mandau dance is fomous in indonisia.

Cencalok. is one of a traditional foods of Central Kalimantan. Its name is a little weird if you are not used to. tempoyak is the same as the Malay cuisine is famous for its delicious taste. It is a kind of fermentation of small shrimp or prawn rebon

Making materials Cencalok

• Shrimp rebon. Delicate shrimp that are still wet.

How to make Cencalok

The first we clean rebon shrimp. Or the shrimp used to make paste and Mix coarse salt on shrimp. After that brooded.

3. After 3-4 days cencalok are ready to be consumed.

How to Cook Cencalok

 The first we look How can the on sauteed with onions and peppers or with mix juice sauce and then Or look at the  first cooked until done eaten with rice is still warm.

            One of the place in central Kalimantan Tengah in KUALA PEMBUANG I live in Kuala Pembuang city, in there place a beautiful because there are many cemara tree and many the beach and than i usually go to Bakau beach with my friends.And than i usually go to mountain side. So many place in Kuala Pembuang like as water fall, cemara tree’s, bakau beach, ujung pandaran beach,Hotel,bridge Seruyan or bridge soekarno and another.etc In conclusion, KUALA PEMBUANG place is very beautiful and has many interesting and unique places to visit there.
